The Glancely Overview and its assistant, shown with sample data.

Works with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Ads

Why Glancely

Your dashboards, with an analyst built in.

Most tools show you numbers and leave the reading to you. Glancely reads them first.

It tells you what changed — and what looks wrong

Every figure is checked against its own history, weekday by weekday, and anything unusual is written up in a sentence. It also points out what has been quietly costing you: a device that converts at half the rate, ad money on searches that never convert, a channel that dried up.

When nothing stands out, it says nothing.

It answers whatever you ask next

"Why did Friday spike?" "Which campaign brought the most sales last month?" Ask in plain words, about any period — the assistant reads your live data, says which dates it used, and draws a chart when one helps.

Pin a good answer to a page and refresh it any time.

It shows what your ad spend brought back

Spend from Google Ads, next to the revenue Google Analytics recorded — per channel and per campaign, in one table. "€3.40 back for every €1 spent", not a ratio to decode.

Where two numbers can't honestly be joined, it says so.

A quick tour

Ready the moment you connect.

Nothing to build, no formulas, no data warehouse. Every page reads your Google data live.

Everything on one screen

Visits, sales or leads, revenue and search, each against the period before, with where visits came from and how far they got.

  • Channels, devices and countries, one click apart
  • Any period, against the one before or the same one last year
  • Monthly targets, with whether you are on pace
The Overview: headline figures against the period before, monthly targets and the trend, with sample data.

What each channel and campaign brought in

Ad spend and revenue side by side, so the question "is paid worth it?" has an answer on one row.

  • The cost of each sale or lead, per channel and campaign
  • New against returning visitors, and which of them bring the money
  • A campaign it can't match is shown as unmatched, never as zero

Several sites, side by side

Which property, Search Console site or ad account is doing best — ranked, with who is growing fastest and who is falling behind.

  • Growth on one scale, so a small site's rise reads as clearly as a big one's
  • A note on your Overview when one site falls and the others don't
  • People who visit two sites are never counted twice

Search Console and Google Ads, together

The searches that bring you visits, the ones slipping down the page, and the ones you pay for while already ranking.

  • "Almost there": searches just short of the first page
  • Your brand's searches kept apart from everything else
  • Ad spend on searches that never convert

Turn a page into a PDF for a client or a colleague: monthly performance, search, paid and revenue, or sites side by side. Download it, or have it emailed on a schedule.

  • White-label on every plan: your logo, name and colour, not ours
  • A different look for each client
  • The same figures as the page it comes from
  • Emailed monthly or weekly to up to 10 people, under your name, with replies coming to you

Teams & agencies

All your clients in one workspace.

Connect every client's properties in one go and sort them as you connect. Look at them together or one at a time, and invite each client to see their own — and nobody else's.

  • Add many properties, sites and ad accounts at once, from any of your Google accounts
  • Four roles — Owner, Admin, Member, Viewer — and access limited by client
  • A client sees their own sources, and the assistant answers about theirs only
  • White-label PDF reports, branded per client and emailed to them every month

Built around your business

Not an online shop? It speaks your language.

Most analytics tools assume you sell products and leave everyone else translating "purchases" into what they actually count. Tell Glancely what a win is — a lead, a booking, a sign-up — and every page, report and answer uses your word.

  • Any event you track can be the one that counts
  • Your own funnel steps, and no money at all if you don't sell online
  • Teach the assistant your business and its vocabulary

Numbers you can defend

Figures that hold up in a meeting.

A dashboard that is confidently wrong is worse than none. Glancely is careful in the places where most tools quietly aren't.

  • The latest days wait until Google has finished counting them
  • Like-for-like comparisons, and a note when a period can't be
  • Rates worked out from totals, never averaged; people never counted twice
  • A number Google can't supply is left blank, never shown as zero

Optional depth

If you have the raw export, we read it.

Google Analytics can send every raw event to BigQuery. Most teams who switch it on never read it, because that means writing SQL. Connect it to Glancely and a page called Behaviour answers what the reporting tools can't: the order things happened in, your own custom events, and history further back than Analytics keeps.

What is broken

Not just what changed

43% of file uploads failed980 people

Something failing for months is never an “unusual change”, so only your own events show it.

Also on the page: attribution under five models, the routes people take, products, and cohorts. Routes and search terms are aggregated — never an individual visitor, and never a route so rare it could only belong to one person.

Optional, and included. Everything else on this page works without it. It is not a paid add-on and not a different plan: Pro includes 1 TB of raw-event reading a month and Business 3 TB. Setup is one read-only grant on the single dataset Analytics writes to, and the queries are billed to us, not to you.

Privacy first

We read your data. We don't keep it.

Every page reads your data live from Google when you open it. Your analytics are never copied into our database.

When the assistant answers a question or explains a change, only the figures it needs are sent to Anthropic's Claude to write the reply. The privacy policy lists everything we keep, and for how long.

Getting started

Set up in minutes.

  1. 1Sign in with Google

Signing in asks only for your name and email. Access to Google Analytics, Search Console and Ads is asked for only when you connect each one. Glancely never changes anything.

  2. 2Choose your sites

As many Google Analytics properties as you like, in one go — sorted into clients if you have them.

  3. 3See your own data

Glancely reads what counts as a win — a sale, a lead, a booking — from your own key events and asks you to confirm it. Add Search Console and Ads whenever you like.

See what your marketing is really doing.

Start with 14 days free — no card needed. Setup takes minutes: sign in with Google and connect your first property.
